FIRST THINGS FIRST...
Everyone is welcome at BECO Church. Whether you've followed Jesus for years, are just beginning to explore faith, or aren't sure what you believe, there's a place for you here.
We believe the Bible is God's Word and the foundation for how we live, lead, and follow Jesus. These biblical beliefs shape who we are, what we teach, and how we pursue our mission of helping others become All In Followers of Jesus.

Core Beliefs
The following are the core beliefs of BECO Church based on the foundational truths taught in the bible. All of our teaching and ministry is rooted in and flows out of these biblical doctrines.
God
We believe in one God, the Creator and Ruler of all things. He is eternal, all-powerful, all-knowing, perfectly just, and full of goodness and love. He is sovereign over all creation and desires for people to know Him and experience salvation through Jesus Christ.
God has always existed as three distinct, co-equal persons - Father, Son, and Holy Spirit - together one God.

Jesus Christ
We believe Jesus Christ is the Son of God, fully God and fully man, and co-equal with the Father and Holy Spirit. Conceived by the Holy Spirit and born of the Virgin Mary, He lived a sinless life and willingly gave Himself on the cross as the perfect sacrifice for our sins. Through His death and resurrection, Jesus defeated the power of sin and death, making a way for us to be reconciled to God.
He ascended into Heaven and will one day return to reign forever as King of Kings and Lord of Lords.

Holy Spirit
We believe the Holy Spirit is fully God, sent by the Father and the Son to reveal our need for Jesus and draw us into relationship with Him. The Holy Spirit lives within every believer from the moment of salvation, guiding, strengthening, and equipping us to follow Jesus.
As we surrender to His leading, He transforms our hearts, produces spiritual fruit in our lives, and continually develops us into the likeness of Christ.

The Bible
We believe the Bible, both Old and New Testaments, is the inspired and infallible Word of God. Through Scripture, God reveals who He is, His heart for humanity, and His plan for salvation. The Bible is our ultimate authority for truth, guiding what we believe, how we live, and how we grow as All In Followers of Jesus.
Humanity
We believe every person is intentionally created by God, made in His image, and designed for relationship with Him. Each life carries God-given value and purpose. Yet sin has broken our relationship with God, separating us from Him and leading to spiritual death.
We believe no one is beyond the reach of His grace, and through Jesus, every person is invited to experience forgiveness, restoration, and a new life of becoming who God created them to be.

Salvation
We believe salvation is a gift of God's grace, made available to everyone through Jesus Christ. It cannot be earned through good works, religious effort, or becoming a better person. We are saved by grace through faith in Jesus, who alone has the power to forgive our sins, restore our relationship with God, and give us eternal life. Salvation isn't about what we can do for God, but what Jesus has already done for us.
Through Him, we are made new and invited into a lifelong journey of becoming more like Jesus and living on mission for His Kingdom.

Eternity
We believe every person was created for eternity. Heaven and hell are real, and our response to Jesus determines where we will spend eternity. Sin separates us from God, but through faith in Jesus Christ, we are offered forgiveness, salvation, and everlasting life with Him. God's heart is for people to be reconciled to Him, and through Jesus, we have the hope of spending eternity in His presence.
The Church
We believe the Church is the body of Christ, made up of all who put their faith in Jesus as Savior and Lord. The Church is more than a building or a Sunday gathering. It's a community of believers called to worship God, grow together, and carry His mission into the world. We believe the Church exists to help people discover Jesus, develop into mature disciples, and deploy on mission for His Kingdom. Together, we are called to make disciples who make disciples, carrying the hope of Jesus into our homes, communities, and beyond.
